Achieving a comprehensive knowledge of organisational psychology will allow you to anticipate and tackle all kinds of situations in the workplace, and drive your projects to greater success.
This unit of study offered by Open Universities Australia, in partnership with Macquarie University, introduces you to the concepts and theories that surround how people interact in the workplace.
By studying the unit, you will learn about different personality types and how they relate to each other, and how you can reduce and manage workplace stress and resolve conflict. This unit will also help you better appreciate the impact of organisational behaviour on productivity, as it relates directly to areas of management, leadership and culture building.
