About this unit
The Psychology of Wellbeing unit, offered online by Swinburne University of Technology through Open Universities Australia, will guide students through the psychology of establishing a healthy, happy and productive lifestyle for individuals and groups alike.
A comprehensive subject list provides students with the chance to evaluate the theories, methodologies and practices of positive psychology using research-based literature.
