This on-campus Course in Interpret and Apply Medical Terminology Appropriately (HLT43015) teaches you the fundamental terminology and medical jargon commonly used in the healthcare industry.
You will learn to how to correctly respond to instructions, perform routine duties, and interact with a wide variety of clients in health care settings.
At the completion of this course you will be able to understand and employ advanced medical terminologies in health care environments such as medical centres.
This course is also a prerequisite for studying the Diploma of Nursing (HLT51612).
Assessment will take the form of:
