Certificate IV in Disability

The Certificate IV in Disability (CHC43115) reflects the role of workers in a range of community settings and clients’ homes, who provide training and support in a manner that empowers people with disabilities to achieve greater levels of independence, self-reliance, community participation and wellbeing. Workers promote a person-centred approach, work without direct supervision and may be required to supervise and/or coordinate a small team.

Practical Placement

The course includes 120 hours of mandatory practical placement in Industry, which All Health Training organise on students behalf.

If a participant is currently working in the disability sector you would be required to demonstrate working in the role for 120 hours. This can be done via payslips or a letter from your workplace that we can verify. This allows participant to complete practical activities within their job role.
