This qualification will give you all the skills and confidence you need to become star performer in a range of sales and retail roles across a multitude of sectors.
When completing this course you will learn crucial communication and sales skills such as how to work effectively in a service environment, how to engage customers and build customer relationships and loyalty, how to sell to customers in a retail environment, how to receive and handle retail stock and how to produce visual merchandise displays and coordinate visual merchandising activities. Once completed, this qualification will give you all the required knowledge to start working and performing to your best ability in any retail sales role.

What you’ll need
There are no formal academic entry requirements for this course.
Students will need to provide their Unique Student Identifier (USI) which we can assist with, photo identification and meet the language, literacy and numeracy requirements.
