Customer Service Management (VIC only)

If you are a resident of Victoria, Australia, looking to start working in hospitality, or are already working in hospitality and would like to progress your career into supervisory or management positions, then this Customer Service Management qualification from Serve It Up could be an ideal course for you. This course will allow you to improve your general hospitality skills such as bar and food and beverage service and wine knowledge, while at the same time teaching you the next level of customer service: how to provide quality service to a range of different customers, tips and tricks to exceed customer expectations in hospitality, how to handle customer complaints and difficult situations and how to set up and manage customer service policy and procedures.
