Enhance Training’s CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support is for for professionals eager to broaden their expertise in delivering exceptional care to individuals with disabilities. Building on the core competencies developed in Certificate III in Individual Support, this course offers advanced training tailored to addressing complex care challenges. Throughout the course, students will engage in both online learning and practical face-to-face workshops, culminating in a 120-hour placement that allows them to apply their knowledge in real-world settings.
