Enhance Training’s CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support is for for professionals eager to broaden their expertise in delivering exceptional care to individuals with disabilities. Building on the core competencies developed in Certificate III in Individual Support, this course offers advanced training tailored to addressing complex care challenges. Learners will develop the ability to foster autonomy, improve quality of life, and encourage meaningful community participation through a person-centered care model.

Throughout the course, students will engage in both online learning and practical face-to-face workshops, culminating in a 120-hour placement that allows them to apply their knowledge in real-world settings. Key learning areas include facilitating community participation, understanding legal and ethical compliance, and working with individuals facing mental health challenges. Please note: This course is only available to students who live close to Enhance Training’s Skills Lab in Welland, South Australia, where the practical component of the course is held.

This course is government subsidised for eligible students in SA. It is NOT available to people on 500 or 600 visas.

To be eligible for this course, you must have completed:

CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) OR
CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) OR
CHC30408 Certificate III in Disability PLUS Entry to CHCSS00125 Certificate IV in Disability Support Skill Set

You will also need access to computer, internet, and email.
