The BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management offered by The Institute of Applied Psychology is a comprehensive program designed to equip aspiring leaders and seasoned managers with the essential skills needed to thrive in today’s dynamic business environment. To be eligible to study this course, applicants must meet the following entry requirements:

  • Have completed a Diploma or Advanced Diploma from the BSB Training package (current or superseded equivalent versions) and are currently employed in a workplace and/or,
  • Have completed Year 12 (or equivalent) or Certificate IV from the BSB Training package, and have a minimum of two years of equivalent full-time workplace experience in an operational or leadership role in an enterprise and are currently employed and/or,
  • Be 18 years of age or older at the time of enrolment and/or,
  • Be technologically literate and have access to the Microsoft Office suite or equivalent and/or,
  • Have continuous internet access and/or,
  • Have access to a workplace and/or,
  • Have a Unique Student Identifier (USI) number and/or,
  • Have the ability to read and write English and display numeracy skills to at least Year 12 level.
