There are three available streams of this course*:

  • Stream 1 satisfies the conveyancing licensing requirements for VIC, TAS, WA and NT,
  • Stream 2 satisfies the conveyancing licensing requirements for NSW
  • Stream 3 satisfies the conveyancing licensing requirements for SA

*QLD and ACT do not issue conveyancing licences. Conveyancers must work for a legal practice in these states.

Please note: This is a fee-for-service program, it is not government funded.

There are no formal prerequisites to apply for this course. However, to ensure you get the most out of training with us, the following enrolment process applies:

  • For students without an equal or higher-level qualification, there’s a short language, literacy and numeracy quiz you complete online.

It is also recommended you have access to the following equipment to successfully complete the course.

  • Working computer with Microsoft Office (2016 or later)
  • Access to the internet
  • Access to a smart phone, video camera or web camera is required

You may also be eligible for recognition of prior learning (RPL) if you have relevant knowledge and skills you’ve gained through previous formal or informal training, education and employment.
