Please note: A minimum of 100 hours mandatory work experience is required for this qualification. Work experience must be undertaken within an appropriate workplace. Learners who are in employment in may be able to meet the work experience requirements through their current role. Talk to our trainer to review your work role prior to commencing the course to see if your workplace can be used to demonstrate the required competencies and satisfy work placement hours. Learners who are not currently employed in a relevant organisation will need to find their own work experience placement with an organisation approved by Skills Generation.
There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification, however it is expected that students have access to a computer with word processing, email, Zoom/other, PDF reader capabilities and an internet connection.
Students must also have sufficient technological skills to be successful in an online learning
