Throughout the course, participants will learn to assist with the supply of pharmacy medicines under the supervision of a pharmacist, complete pharmacy sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. The training ensures that learners are well-prepared to contribute confidently to the daily operations of a community pharmacy, enhancing their ability to meet customer needs and support the overall health and wellbeing of the community. Graduates will receive a Statement of Attainment, which forms part of the SIR30116 Certificate III in Community Pharmacy, allowing them to further develop their knowledge and skills in this vital sector.
