The CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support offered by h&h Accredited Training is a comprehensive qualification designed for individuals seeking to advance their careers in the disability support sector. This course builds upon the foundational skills acquired in the CHC33015 or CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) and focuses on developing essential competencies in providing person-centred care. Throughout the course, students will engage in both theoretical learning and practical application, including a 40-hour work placement with partnering disability services. This hands-on experience not only enhances their understanding of the industry but also prepares them for various roles such as Lifestyle Support Officer, Team Leader, and Disability Support Assistant. With flexible delivery options including classroom, distance, traineeship, and online learning, h&h ensures that students can tailor their educational journey to fit their personal and professional commitments.

By completing the Certificate IV in Disability Support, graduates will be equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. The course emphasises the importance of quality care and the development of supportive relationships, ensuring that participants are well-prepared to meet the diverse needs of the community.
