The CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support offered by h&h Accredited Training is a comprehensive qualification designed for individuals seeking to advance their careers in the disability support sector. Throughout the course, students will engage in both theoretical learning and practical application, including a 40-hour work placement with partnering disability services. With flexible delivery options including classroom, distance, traineeship, and online learning, h&h ensures that students can tailor their educational journey to fit their personal and professional commitments.

This course can be studied 100% online, on h&h Accredited Training’s campus in Granville, NSW, or in distance mode (home-based with once-a-week access to one-on-one trainer support either at the campus or via video-conference).
40 hours of work placement is also required.
Government funding is available to eligible NSW residents.
Please Note: This course is NOT available to people on a 500 or 600 visa.
To enrol in this CHC43121 Certificate IV in Disability Support, you are required to have completed either CHC33015 or CHC33021 Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability).
You will also be required to complete a National Police Check / NDIS Check, which h&h staff will assist you with.
