Please note: This course requires 120 hours of practical placement

To enrol, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • Hold a current National Police Clearance before commencing placement

  • Provide evidence of required vaccinations for placement, including influenza and COVID-19

To access Career Boost funding in Queensland, you must meet additional criteria. This includes:

  • Holding a Certificate II or higher-level qualification and/or

  • Having relevant work experience in the aged care or community services sector
