About the Course
The Master of Business Administration (Applied AI Leadership), offered by AIM Business School, is a postgraduate qualification designed for experienced managers and business professionals who want to lead with confidence in an increasingly digital and AI-driven economy. Accredited by TEQSA at Australian Qualifications Framework Level 9, the program develops well-rounded leaders who can combine strategic thinking with a practical understanding of artificial intelligence, data analytics and emerging technologies. It is delivered entirely online, making it accessible to working professionals without requiring them to compromise their career or personal commitments. The program is structured as part of a progressive pathway, beginning with the Graduate Certificate in Applied AI Leadership and advancing through the Graduate Diploma in Applied AI Leadership before culminating in the master’s qualification. Students choose from core business units such as decision-making, managerial finance, marketing management and operational improvement, alongside specialisation units in AI strategy, governance and leadership, analytics and business transformation, and digital leadership. Students also complete an Applied Capstone Project that draws together their learning, and they may choose from a range of elective units covering areas such as cybersecurity governance, entrepreneurship, agile management and organisational change. Assessment is project-based, with no exams, and tasks are designed to be applied directly to each student’s own professional environment. AIM Business School has structured the program to suit professionals from diverse educational backgrounds, with entry options available for those with a bachelor’s degree and relevant management experience, as well as pathways for those without a completed undergraduate qualification. Flexible intakes and a consistent seven-week unit structure allow students to progress at a manageable pace, completing up to six units a year when studying one unit at a time. FEE-HELP is available to eligible students. Faculty bring senior industry experience to their teaching, and students receive personalised support throughout their studies.
