There are three available streams of this course*: Stream 1 satisfies the conveyancing licensing requirements for VIC, TAS, WA and NT, Stream 2 satisfies the conveyancing licensing requirements for NSW Stream 3 satisfies the conveyancing licensing requirements for SA *QLD and ACT do not issue conveyancing licences. Conveyancers must work for a legal practice in these states. Please note: This is a fee-for-service program, it is not government funded.
