The FIT Elite™ Personal Trainer Course (SIS30321 Certificate III in Fitness and SIS40221 Certificate IV in Fitness) from FIT College gives students the skills, knowledge, and qualifications needed to build a successful career in fitness. The course combines entry-level fitness training with advanced personal training skills, helping students learn how to create and deliver safe and effective fitness programs. Students can expand their expertise by choosing a specialisation in either ASCA Level 1 Accredited Strength and Conditioning Coaching or the CHCSS00130 Individual Support – Disability Skill Set. Additional training in areas such as kettlebell, boxing, and suspension training provides valuable practical skills that can support a range of fitness career pathways. With online and face-to-face study options available, students can choose a learning format that suits their lifestyle. The course focuses on practical, industry-relevant training to help graduates feel confident and ready to work in the fitness industry.
What can I do after?
Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive the SIS30321 Certificate III in Fitness and SIS40221 Certificate IV in Fitness from FIT College. These nationally recognised qualifications provide the skills and knowledge required to pursue a range of opportunities within the fitness industry. Graduates may seek employment as Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, Group Fitness Instructors, or Gym Instructors in commercial fitness centres, community organisations, and health and fitness facilities. As part of the FIT Elite™ package, students also complete a specialisation stream in either Strength and Conditioning (ASCA Level 1 Accredited S&C Coaching Stream) or the CHCSS00130 Individual Support – Disability Skill Set. These additional credentials allow graduates to further develop their expertise in areas such as athletic performance or supporting clients with disability. The course combines practical training with industry-relevant knowledge, helping students build the confidence and capability to work with a diverse range of clients and fitness goals. Graduates may also be eligible to apply for registration with relevant industry bodies, supporting ongoing professional development and career progression within the fitness sector.
