To be eligible to study this course, applicants must meet the following entry requirements:

  • A minimum of six months of employment or volunteer experience in working with a range of people in the workplace and/or,
  • Competency in literacy (reading and writing), oral communication and learning strategies sufficient to use coaching tools to coach people in the workplace; reflect on their coaching and receive feedback; and document answers to assessment questions.
